We now provide "Laser Offset" capability using a TruPulse 360 Laser Range Finder. Laser Offset allows us to quickly record locations without actually having to occupy that space. Standing in one spot, all resources within view can be mapped typically up to about 1,000 yards away. Since we don't have to walk to each of the resources that you want mapped, we can record the locations of these resources quickly and easily.
The laser range finder also allows us to determine the height of objects as well as locations. Trees are one of the examples of resources that can be mapped using this technology; not only will you have the location and species of the tree on the map, but you can also have the height.
Laser Offset also allows us to map resources that are get to such as targets that are on the opposite side of a river, a ravine or on private property.
